Who is it for?
Quran and tajweed academies, centres teaching Arabic, languages or any other subject, and teachers who work alone. We organise the running of your academy; we do not teach the lessons ourselves.
Does it work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic first, English in full, and every user picks their language. Your academy website can be in Arabic, English or both.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in any phone or computer browser with nothing to download. You can also add it to the home screen as an app with your academy name and logo, not ours.
How do I get started?
Sign up, add your teachers and students, and set your session times. You can start working the same day.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Sign up and try everything free for 7 days, then decide.
Which account should I pick: academy or independent teacher?
If teachers work with you, choose an academy account. If you teach alone, the independent teacher account is simpler and cheaper.
I have more than one branch. Will it suit me?
Yes. Each branch works like its own academy with its own teachers, students and accounts, and you see them all and switch between them from one account.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. They get a link that opens straight on their phone and shows everything about their child.
What do parents see?
Their children session times and attendance, the teacher reports, what they memorised and revised, homework and invoices. Whatever the student sees, the parent sees too, and invoices are for the parent only.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, from your own academy number. You choose how long before the session the reminder goes, send it with one tap, or link your number so it goes by itself.
How do I keep track of student subscriptions?
Pick a package for the student with its number of sessions and price. The invoice is issued on every subscription and renewal and reaches the family, and you see what was paid and what is late. A student can join more than one programme at once.
How is teacher pay worked out?
It is worked out from the sessions each teacher taught, at the rate agreed with them, and you can add a bonus or a deduction. Teachers see their own statement, so there is no month-end debate.
Does it track Quran memorisation and revision?
Yes. The teacher records memorisation and revision by surah and ayah after every session, so the student and parent see progress as it happens. Other subjects are tracked by unit and lesson.
My student list is in Excel. Can I bring it over?
Yes, in one go. Download the ready template from the students page, fill it in, and upload it.
Is my academy data safe?
Yes. Nobody sees your academy data except you and the people you allow. Each staff member sees only their own part, so staff at one branch never see another branch families.
